Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and friendlier for everyone.

What We Do

• Design with readable typography, strong color contrast, and clear focus states.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
• Support keyboard navigation and screen readers across the store, cart, and checkout.
• Review new pages and features against WCAG criteria as part of our design process.

Accessibility Laws in Canada

We work to meet our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards, as well as applicable accessibility requirements in other provinces. Documents and information on this site are available in accessible formats or with communication supports on request, at no extra charge.

Third-Party Content
