Built for Players by Players Warranty – for Applicable Products
Product with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of xHockeyProducts for the period of 90-days from the date of purchase. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect are not covered by this warranty, but may be repaired for a fee.
Key Information! Do not send an item to xHockeyProducts.ca without following these instructions:
- Contact our Canadian Team with a description of the product issue for consideration and provide clear pictures depicting the concern.
- Our staff will contact you and provide a required RA Number along with instructions regarding the Warranty return requirements.
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one-year of the product. Material refers to plastics and related components. Workmanship refers to the construction. Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be repairable for a fee. Should your product fail due to a manufacturers defect, our goal is to repair this at no charge to you. If the product is not repairable, or the cost exceeds your original purchase price, xHockeyProducts reserves full rights to replace the product at our team’s discretion.
Obviously, product will suffer from varying degrees of wear-and-tear, depending upon the user or users. Product used by a commercial facility or coach would obviously be utilized far more than the average player and may demonstrate this as well. By taking care of your product through recommend use and maintenance, you will ensure a fantastic training experience!
Customers are responsible for shipping cost to and from xHockeyProducts. Kindly ensure that you ship product utilizing a carrier that provides you with tracking information and proof of delivery. Note: customers are responsible for their product until we sign the receipt of delivery.
Repairs covered under the terms and conditions of our warranty policy are performed at xHockeyProducts expense. Costs for non-warranty repairs will vary depending upon the situation. After receiving and assessing your product, we will contact you to provide specific repair options and costs. Repairs requiring payment will never be performed without your authorization and receipt of payment.
Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy. It may simply be time to replace your product, and if so, our xHockeyProducts team hopes to continue providing you with our best-in-class products and service.
