DESCRIPTION

The TS-A VersaClimber is our most advanced climber with a WiFi/Bluetooth touchscreen for recording workouts, tracking metrics, competing on leaderboards, and sharing progress on social media. It offers live classes through the tablet console, eliminating the need for additional devices. The climb pattern is “contra-lateral,” and it’s available as a free-standing unit with other mounting options.

Research proves VersaClimbing for 20 minutes or less, actively engages/tones all the major muscle groups and is more effective and time efficient compared to Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers and Bikes.

The TS-A features the classic, calorie guzzling, versatile 1-20 inch step height combined with the 1-20 inch upper body arm movement. The TS-A offers a wider range of cardio & strength versatility. From its ability to apply long muscle toning leg strides to explosive sprint training movements, and every type of cardio training in between to meet your specific training requirements.

FIXED RESISTANCE

Provides you with a challenging total body workout. The tension is fixed at approximately 30 - 40 pounds of resistance, so the best way to increase your workload is through climbing speed and stroke length. A fixed resistance VersaClimber will challenge any athlete regardless of fitness level and a well-conditioned athlete will climb faster with a full stroke length pattern.

CROSS-CRAWL MOVEMENT PATTERN (CONTR-LATERAL)

The VersaClimber has the option for Contra-Lateral Movement Pattern (also known as alternate reciprocal). This pattern replicates our natural "running motion" and can be applied to a VersaClimber.  Contra-Lateral is used when we crawl, walk or run. It is otherwise known as our natural GAIT pattern. Contra-Lateral Movement Pattern provides a unique alternative to the "standard" climbing motion VersaClimber provides. The Contra-Lateral Movement motion is produced when the arm and leg approach each other on one side of body while the opposite arm and leg separate on the other side. It has been demonstrated this natural pattern will more safely and effectively strengthen the para-spinal musculature.

VersaClimber models that come included with "Contra-Lateral Movement Pattern" are: SM-A, TS-A, SM-M, TS-M and SRM-M.

VersaClimber "Contra-Lateral Movement Pattern" replicates crawling. Crawling is a developmental movement pattern that ties everything about you together. Through this movement pattern, cross crawl neural connections and pathways are established in the brain that allow the brain to become more efficient at communication between left and right hemispheres.
